About the Role
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the Learning & Development Specialist in designing, updating, implementing, and improving training programs across the organization. This role involves assisting with content creation and update, coordinating training sessions, and tracking employee development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in learning management systems, instructional design, and data analysis to measure training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, organization, and updating of training materials and resources.
Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
Track and analyze training effectiveness through surveys and feedback collection.
Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and opportunities.
Conduct research on best practices in learning and development.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications Required
No prior experience required.
Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Human Resource, and Education.
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Conditions
Eligible to IEFP Internship (Level 6)
Internship monthly allowance: 1,149.50€
6.00€ per working day in meal allowance
On-Site in our Studio in Braga, Portugal
8:00 to 17:00, Mondays through Fridays
