Your Role
As a Womenswear Designer, you will:
• Design and develop womenswear collections, ensuring alignment with client needs and emerging trends.
• Research trends, select materials, and oversee the technical development of garments.
• Create technical sheets and manage sample development in close collaboration with suppliers and clients.
• Bring innovation to the process, delivering creative solutions and fresh ideas for every collection.

What We’re Looking For
• Education: Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Styling, or related fields.
• Experience: Proven track record in womenswear design, with a deep understanding of materials and garment construction.
• Skills:
o Strong creativity and passion for fashion.
o Ability to create detailed technical sheets and manage the design process from concept to final product.
o Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Availability: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Driver’s License required.
