Customer Service Assistant - Marketing Specialist (M/F)

- Creation and Management of Newsletters
- Customer Service: Respond to customer emails and phone calls, providing information and support as needed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure quality service and efficient follow-up.
- Onboarding New Clients: Collaborate with the team to develop materials and strategies that aid in customer retention and engagement.
- Administrative and Operational Support: Manage the contact database and segment lists for email campaigns. Assist in organizing events, promotions, or other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Marketing Team Support: Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing campaigns and strategies. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve campaigns and communication strategies.
- Data Analysis: Track and compile data related to email campaigns and newsletter performance. Assist in generating reports and interpreting metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Content Maintenance and Information Updates: Help update information on the company website and other digital platforms. Ensure that published content is always up-to-date and relevant.
