Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: We are seeking a skilled Database System Administrator with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team for an exciting nearshore project.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Database optimization and monitoring;

• Diagnoses and troubleshooting of database errors;

• Managing a virtualised database environment;

• Move the SQL DB workloads to the Cloud.

Profile:

• Experience working from MS SQL Server 2016;

• Experience with Azure SQL, Azure SQL Managed Instance;

• Proven expertise in the area of SQL DBA;

• Proven experience of database optimization and monitoring;

• Proven ability in the diagnoses and troubleshooting of database errors;

• Experience with high availability solutions in SQL Server on Azure;

• Experienc in moving the SQL DB workloads to the Cloud;

• Knowledge of OutSystems is a nice to have;

• SQL HA configuration in Azure is nice to have;

• Availability to work on call (24/7)

Location: Full-remote.
