We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and will provide support to various engineering departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing travel (flight, hotel, and transport bookings).
  • Filing and managing documents.
  • Preparing and managing timesheets.
  • Administrative support for the mechanical department and other areas of the company.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and reports in Excel.
  • Communicating and coordinating activities in English with international teams and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of document management tools and corporate travel arrangements.
