The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and will provide support to various engineering departments.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing travel (flight, hotel, and transport bookings).
- Filing and managing documents.
- Preparing and managing timesheets.
- Administrative support for the mechanical department and other areas of the company.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and reports in Excel.
- Communicating and coordinating activities in English with international teams and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of document management tools and corporate travel arrangements.
