• Coordinate the integration of new equipment and systems with existing ones.
• Ensure compatibility and efficient communication between systems.
• Implement integration protocols and procedures.
• Train the team on new integrated systems.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Identify training and development needs.

• Plan and control the inventory of parts and materials.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare technical and administrative reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in maintenance, construction, automation, and equipment integration.
