We are recruiting a Coordinator for in-situ subcontractor (M/F) to lead company, based in the Porto Region.

MISSION:
• Ensure the proper conduct of subcontracted operations in connection with the upstream and downstream operations carried out by the internal teams;
• Ensure the proper supply of the production teams of subcontracted assets (tools, components, ...);
• Cascade the planning information, and report internally with anticipation of any potential issue regarding quality or planning impact;
• Act as focal point for in-situ subcontractors;
• Develop cross-functional team working;
• Place according PO to follow activities and ensure good invoicing process, in relation with lead-buyer contractualisation;
• Monitor the activity and performance, highlighted and record all events willing to over performance and low performance (that can lead to a production stoppage, quality issue, and financial claim);
• On behalf of the lead buyer, support PRM & BRM to frame monthly activities and performance of subcontracted activities.

PROFILE:
• Higher education in Industrial Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• Professional experience of more than 5 years in similar functions;
• Significant experience in industry, particularly in production management;
• Knowledge of industrial processes;
• Knowing how to be expected: Ability to communicate and work in a team, autonomy, rigor, organization and method, perseverance and strength of proposal;
• Team leadership;
• Ability to analyze and make decisions;
• Rigor, organization, commitment and proactivity;
• Advanced level in English is required;
