Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting a Program Management Office Manager (M/F) to work for a client company, a leader in its sector, in Setúbal.

Functions

• Responsible for leading the PMO incl. resource management and ensuring that it is aligned strategic objectives.
• Provides oversight and governance of all projects to ensure alignment with the PM governance.
• PM related KPIs consolidation, monitoring and development
• Develops and implements project management standards, processes and tools (software).
• Aligns PM capacities together with PGMs.
• Captures and monitors program development related resources (e.g. DCS)
• Organizes and moderates various review meetings like Program, Gate and Lessons Learnt
• Captures and shares project information and best practices.
• Measures and evaluates PMO effectiveness.


Required experience:

• Experience in PMO leadership roles and proven track record establishing and enforcing project governance standards
• Experience in the automotive (supplier) industry
• Experience in developing and implementing Program Management methodologies.
• Experience in international company environment
• Experience in Project management and/or Controlling is a plus

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management or Engineering
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
• Fluent in business English (spoken and written) and other languages a plus
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and result-orientation
