We are looking for a SAP FI - S2P Technical Lead with the following requirements:

As S2P Technical Lead (f/m/d) you will cover the functional and technical side of our SAP FI based Scan-To-Pay service stream, in which incoming invoices from the various companies are digitized and electronically processed into bookings in the AP ledger. The service is fully integrated into our SAP finance module with upstream OCR server and downstream DMS system.

You will lead the implementation of new solutions together with the S2P Service Owner, specialists from the department and external developers. In addition, you ensure the smooth and stable operation of our ongoing S2P processes within the Group.

What can you expect with us?
• Be responsible for the technical support of the SAP S2P group solutionServe as the subject matter expert for the S2P process, providing guidance and support to key users and other SAP functional specialists
• Manage and maintain the SAP S2P integration with upstream and downstream systems
• Work with the SAP functional experts and external providers to analyze and resolve technical issues, implement new functionalities and improvements
• Create functional documentation in English
• Flexible work environment at home or at different IT Locations in Europe
• Little hierarchy and responsible handling of resources

What do you bring to the table?
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of the SAP FI module especially in accounts payable processes
• Experience with Abbyy FlexyCapture, d.velop documents and SAP Archive link is an advantage
• Experience with SAP system troubleshooting using appropriate ITSM tools
• Good English language skills are a must, preferably also good German language skills
• The ability to work effectively with both, technical and functional team members

• Duration: Contract for 12 Months (possibility of extension).
• Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon (Candidates must be in Portugal).
