Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting a Program Management Office Manager (M/F) to work for a client company, a leader in its sector, in Setúbal.

Functions

Responsible for leading the PMO incl. resource management and ensuring that it is aligned strategic objectives.
Provides oversight and governance of all projects to ensure alignment with the PM governance.
PM related KPIs consolidation, monitoring and development
Develops and implements project management standards, processes and tools (software).
Aligns PM capacities together with PGMs.
Captures and monitors program development related resources (e.g. DCS)
Organizes and moderates various review meetings like Program, Gate and Lessons Learnt
Captures and shares project information and best practices.
Measures and evaluates PMO effectiveness.
Required experience:

Experience in PMO leadership roles and proven track record establishing and enforcing project governance standards
Experience in the automotive (supplier) industry
Experience in developing and implementing Program Management methodologies.
Experience in international company environment
Experience in Project management and/or Controlling is a plus
Required qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management or Engineering
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
Fluent in business English (spoken and written) and other languages a plus
Organizational and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and result-orientation
