As a customer support specialist, your main responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from existing customers and persuade them to renew their contracts. You will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to explain the benefits of continuing their coverage and provide personalized solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to telephone calls or chat from customers using insurance services in German-speaking countries seeking information about their insurance policies
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual needs
Explain the benefits of continuing coverage and offer personalized solutions
Processing requests in the client policy administration system or by preparing and sending letters/emails containing information, contract documents, etc.
Requirements:

Fluent French speaker - must be C2
Communicative English - at least B2
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice-to-have experience in customer service or sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a team player
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
Offer:

Competitive salary paid either in 12 or in 14 installments( you decide!)
Annual base salary with Performance Bonus is 16 400 Euros Gross
