•Minimum 5 years Operational HR experience | Most valued experience: Contracting, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Portuguese labor legislation, Leadership and General HR Advisory and Coaching (teams and leadership). M&A processes experience is an advantage.
•Great English (Written and spoken)
•Excellent Communication skills
•Business Partner attitude is critical for success!

Job location: Aveiro or Lisboa (flexible)
Travelling required (frequently between Aveiro – Lisboa – Loulé).
