Sales Developpement representative Full-time

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell our company's services to customers. You will be the key point of contact between our company and potential customers, working to build and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

- Responsibilities:

1) Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

2) Service Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Be prepared to explain and demonstrate how our offerings meet customer needs.

2) Sales Presentations:

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, either in person or virtually, to showcase the value of our products or services.
Address customer questions and objections effectively.

3) Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and agreements with customers.
Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales quotas.

4) Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

5) Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and approaches.

6) Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales progress.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

- Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.

- Location:
Our office is in Lisbon next to Marquês de Pombal
The work can be done in presential or remotely
