Customer Service Banking - Insurance | FRENCH (M/F) Porto

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our client’s backoffice team in the banking - insurance sector, with great written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Manage customer service operations and backoffice activities in the banking/insurance sector;
· Provide an excellent service experience to the customers, answering their questions and solve problems in an efficient way;
· Collaborate with the team in order to improve process and service efficiency;
· Keep a high level of precision and attention to the detail while you are dealing with documentation and administrative processes
· contribute to improve the company procedures and policies;
Requirements:
· Be fluent in French (C2 Level);
· Previous experience in customer service;
· Basic knowledge in operations and processes in the Banking/Insurance sector;
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with deadlines and golds set;
· Excellent skills in organization and time management;
