We are hiring motivated individuals for a British multinational low-cost airline group headquartered at London Luton Airport. It operates domestic and international scheduled services on 927 routes in more than 34 countries via its affiliate airlines. It employs circa 13,000 people, based throughout Europe but mainly in the UK.

Your main responsibilities as a Backoffice Specialist

Use emails to communicate with other departments
This is a Backoffice position
Assist suppliers through e-mails and chat.
You will not deal with clients. Only with lawyers, legal officers - whose role is to verify that transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights.
Manage situations in which passengers are having complaints with these agencies before going to court
The ideal candidate is a fluent German speaker with communicative English skills of at least B2 level. We'd be more than happy if you have:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and be a team player.

We offer:

A competitive salary paid either in 12 or 14 instalments (you decide!)
Annual base salary is 14 400 Euros Gross
An annual base salary with Performance Bonus of 16 500 Euros Gross.
