With 190,000 employees, the bank is organized into three major business areas: Commercial, Personal Banking & Services (CPBS), Investment & Protection Services (IPS) and Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).

Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist

Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker with communicative English skills of at least B2 level. We'd be more than happy if you have:

Experience in customer service or sales, but most importantly,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and be a team player.

We offer:

A competitive salary paid either in 12 or 14 instalments (you decide!)
Monthly average base salary: 785 euro
Meal allowance of around 8 Euros per day ( around 136 Euros per month)

EXTRA BONUS 1500 euros (500€ after 3 months, 500€ after 6 months, 500€ after 9 months)

On average: 14 200 Euro per year plus bonuses
