We are hiring motivated individuals for a French premium television channel launched in 1984. The channel broadcasts several kinds of programming, mostly encrypted. The channel does not broadcast advertising, except when broadcasting on free-to-air slots. Almost all foreign films and series are broadcast in their original language with French subtitles on a secondary audio channel and dubbed in French.

Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist

Manage customer expectations regarding products and delivery times.
Prepare, maintain and review purchasing records.
Communicate with customers via email or chat to provide product information
Take or enter orders, cancel accounts or obtain claim details.
The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker with communicative English skills of at least B2 level. We'd be more than happy if you have:

Experience in customer service or sales, but most importantly,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and be a team player.

We offer:

A competitive salary paid either in 12 or 14 instalments (you decide!)
Monthly average base salary: 785 euro
Meal allowance of around 8 Euros per day ( around 136 Euros per month)

EXTRA SIGNING BONUS 1000 euros (250€ after 2 months, 250€ after 4 months, 250€ after 6months, 250€ after 8 months)
On average: 13000 Euro per year plus bonuses
