Your Responsibilities:

Listening to customers’ questions and concerns about SC Johnson products, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
Providing effective support for questions regarding the use of the products;
Giving information on the ingredients and composition of the products;
Ensuring assistance in emergencies and improper use of the products.

Our client is SC Johnson, one of the world’s leading makers of household brands and is a 131-year-old family company. Their trusted products can be found in homes around the globe making homes better for families.

Requirements:

Fluency in Afrikaans (must be at least C1)
Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
You live in Portugal or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
You are looking for adventure
You want to work and travel at the same time
What you will gain:

Standard salary of 1361€ Gross
