Responsibilities:

- Review user reports regarding website content and identify any content that does not comply with the platform's requirements.
- Take timely action by flagging non-compliant content and resolving inquiries in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
- Utilize your market-specific knowledge and insights to identify and propose solutions that enhance the support provided to the user community.
- Analyze sensitive content, which may involve graphic or disturbing subject matter.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Czech at a minimum C1 level, ideally native proficiency.
- English proficiency at a B2 level.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 availability, including rotating shifts and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Quick learner with adaptability to grasp new processes, concepts, and skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Possess a neutral mindset when dealing with alternative video content that requires classification.
