Responsibilities:

- Providing friendly and efficient service to customers as the first point of contact
- Resolving customer issues and questions via emails and inbound calls, including urgent situations
- Identifying and escalating issues appropriately
- Multitasking numerous tasks during the day
- Researching information and troubleshooting problems using available resources
- Working proactively and independently to reach targets and goals

Requirements:

- Fluent in German (C2)
- Advanced level of English (C2)
- Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
- Able to pick up new technology quickly
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Package
- For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
