Your Mission:
• Acting as a bridge between our Content Moderators and the clients.
• Coaching teams and suggesting improvement opportunities.
• Building reports based on the quality performance in different phases of the moderation process.
• Participating in weekly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency.

Your Qualifications:
• At least 6 months as a Quality Analyst or related work experience.
• Fluent level of French and English language
• Multitasking skills
• Take initiative. Help others improve. Problem solver.
• Availability for flexible schedules
