APTITUDE REQUIREMENTS

- Health and safety must always be your priority.
- A clear understanding of EU regulations regarding the daily, weekly, and fortnightly driver driving hours, breaks and rest.
- Experience in planning and monitoring both FTL and LTL road freight routes whilst calculating ETAs.
- A good understanding of loading/unloading procedures and the paperwork needed to ensure proper payment.
- Meticulous organisational skills to maintain a record of all your loads booked, contracts signed, and relationships built (Centralised CRM).
- Knowledge of another European language will prove advantageous.
- You must be both confident and comfortable while smiling and dialling, as new business does not sign itself.
- Be successful in building strong relationships with clients and your teammates.
- Possess sales and business development acumen.

WORK FROM HOME

You will be joining a fully remote team, negotiating new contracts with clients and hauliers from the comfort of your very own home office.

Self-will and determination are a prerequisite to managing an efficient work schedule from home.

Sponsorship for training in Customer Service, Sales, Excel, Customs Clearance, Transport Manager CPC, ADR and Driver CPC will be provided when required by our team’s operations.
