Reporting to the CRM Product Owner, the MS Dynamics 365 CRM Application Administrator/Developer will take a hands-on role supporting and developing the Company?s global CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics, as well as being involved in the support and administration of other CRM Technologies. The MS Dynamics CRM is currently rolled out across North America, Europe, and a number of countries within Asia with further roll out to South America planned and is used by Sales, Service & Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting, Administering & Developing the MS Dynamics 365 CE. Working on support tickets, system maintenance & system improvements


• Working within an internal system admin/Development team but also working alongside 3rd party development teams.


• Supporting and managing integrations into D365 such as telephony tools, webs forms & marketing automation


• Helping to support the release management and change processes


• Manage the creation and deactivation of users in D365 and other integrated applications


• Help to maintain and enhance the system data security access model


• Advise on new system features & capabilities


• Assist with system demos and training as needed

Key success factors

• Hands on technical experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE - (Custom Development, Administration, Performance Tuning, Debugging / Trouble-shooting)


• MS Dynamics Certifications preferred


• Experience working on the Power platform and creating power automate processes


• Knowledge/Experience of Azure integration services


• Strong technical and systems management aptitude


• Passion for Software Development and technology in general


• Clear communicator with excellent customer service skills

Experience

• Experience working in a global organisation with a global user base


• 3+ Years experience working on the D365 CE platform in a development and/or administrator role.


• Experience with data extraction, transformation and upload tools ? Kingswaysoft experience or similar tools


• Experience with Marketing Automation & telephony tools such as Click Dimensions and Genesys


• Experience working on a highly customised D365 system and Knowledge of CRM plugin coding, xrm toolbox


• Working with Sales, Service & marketing CRM Users
