They are in search of customer care specialists to join their first-class Lisbon Team.

The role

As a Michael Kors Customer Care Advisor, your mission is to deliver a premium consumer service in your language. You will get the expertise to navigate through individual needs, providing a complete solution through Michael Kors products and services to make e- clients happy.

The opportunity

We are looking for motivated customer service specialists to be part of their International Support Team. This is your chance to gain valuable experience working abroad while you develop communication skills at the multicultural customer service department.

This in your new job at Michael Kors Portugal if

- You are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English

-Your mantra is to put yourself in the customer’s shoes.

- You are able to work in a shift system (40 hours a week, possibly weekend)

- You are happy to stay in sunny Lisbon at least 12 months

Your day-to-day at work

-Look after e-customers of Michael Kors online shop, providing assistance in Dutch by phone and email in a professional way

- Handle orders, payment methods, delivery, exchange and guarantee

- Advise customers on topics such as product selection (if you are a fashion victim or you are interested in style you will love that!)

**You work in a state-of-the-art office complex in Parque das Nações, the historic port area on the edge of the Tagus (the place with the best view of The bridge Vasco da Gama)
