The role

You will offer assistance, answers and information to customers in your language. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor for Bol.com you will be responsible for customer questions within a set period of time.

This is your new job in Lisbon if

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and you are fluent in English (spoken and written)

- You enjoy dealing with people and you have excellent communication skills

- You have an international mindset and you are happy to relocate to sunny Portugal

- You have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite

- You have completed at least VMBO

***Experience in a contact centre role is a plus

Your day to day at work

- Answer customer questions through troubleshooting

- Identify possible escalations and resolving them according to the correct procedure

- Collaborate with the back office and other departments to offer a targeted solution to the customer
