We are looking for candidates to join our amazing team of holiday representatives and admin experts across the Algarve! We have rental properties all across the Algarve so if you are: - Energetic - Adaptable - Organised and self motivated - Fluent in English We want to hear from you! This role includes tasks such as: Responding to enquiries from potential and existing clients Managing bookings and payments Processing damages claims, cleaners sheets, SEF forms, reviews Creating and managing property listings We are currently looking for applicants for both our offices in Vila Sol (Quarteira) and Lagos. Requisitos : Must be fluent in English, Portuguese speakers will have an advantage but not compulsory, other languages will be a bonus. Must have good customer service skills, both spoken and in writing Must live locally to one of our offices in Quarteira or Lagos Some experience in a similar role, either with administration or customer service experience will be a plus Good IT skills and willing to learn new systems
