The Tech Hub will attend Client demands around the world and develop cutting-edge Analytics and AI/ML solutions, leveraging clients? data to increase revenues, improve operational efficiency, managing risks and innovate with new business models based on data.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing solutions of SAP Commerce Cloud and deliver full project life cycle;


• Provide support for technical and functional discussions for the implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud;


• Working on all phases of an SAP project from initial requirements gathering, building, testing, cutover, and hypercare support;


• Document functional designs, test cases,results as well as training documentation;


• Run workshops to collect and discuss business requirements;


• Provide support to questions and propose improvements, helping client develop their CX roadmap;


• Collaborate with development and/or support teams across all project phase, from Design to Hypercare;


• Support clients with UAT phase, as well as go-live preparation and planning;


• Support clients with go-live production launch and hypercare support.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Academic Education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas;


• Experience in implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud as well as in the technical analysis and conception of architectures in commerce projects;


• Experience on end-2-end Commerce Cloud implementation projects, on client facing positions;


• Ability to implement SAP Commerce capabilities such as card checkout, order management, user management, product content management and catalog management;


• Ability to configure admin cockpit and product cockpit customization requirements;


• Capacity to define e-commerce objectives and translate business requirements into functional and technical developments;


• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies ;


• Experience with other commerce solutions such as Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento, will be an advantage;


• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS, REST, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS and React) and development with SAP commerce technologies, SAP Commerce Accelerator, and agile development methods;


• Server-side development experience with at least one server platform such as .NET, Java, PHP, and/or node.js;


• Experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum);


• Comfortable in working with working with teams across different time zones;


• Knowledge in other SAP CX solutions (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
