Principal Service Delivery Engineer

What you?ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers? priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
You will:
Be responsible for Dell Technologies Data Protection suite projects deployments, with high focus on CyberRecovery solutions, both form a design and an implementation perspective
Problem solving tasks such as root cause analysis, performance analysis, predictive diagnosis, production readiness, health check and operational readiness.
Be responsible for service level on projects deployed
Develop and maintain direct customer and broader service delivery relationships
Maintain awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalations
Assist in implementing delivery management process improvements

Essential Requirements
High level of experience in delivering services for Data Protections products, especially Networker, Avamar and Data Domain.
Should have strong organizing and planning skills to oversee and efficiently implement program deliverables
Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills with strong priority setting and delegation skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team based environment.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent Portuguese and very good English (written and verbal)
Desirable Requirements
Experience in Cyber Recovery solutions
Data Protection Automation skills
Bachelor?s degree
Strong proven ability to lead sub-teams.
