We are looking for a Communication Designer to join our Design Team in Porto. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and a very good knowledge of graphic design concepts and application.

What you will do

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Design team and:

• Integrate a multi-disciplinary international team of creatives working on communication solutions for a wide variety of clients and industries
• Work with the rest of the design team and closely with our business and strategy teams, you will brainstorm, conceive and design impactful digital and printed communication materials
• Create and maintain branding and graphic systems, promoting consistency, clarity and appeal.
• Be required to adapt to new challenges regularly and be passionate about all thing?s communication, from icon design, typography, editorial layouts, and digital presentation design, to branding and strategy.
• Have the opportunity to work with other creatives, such as UXUI designers, communication and marketing specialists and motion graphic designers, to name a few.
• Be inspired to elevate both the internal and external communication of Metyis and its projects and develop impactful and challenging projects for our business partners worldwide.

br/>What you?ll bring

• 3-5 years of professional work experience as Graphic Designer.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Very good knowledge of graphic design concepts and application: layout and composition, typography, colour for print and digital mediums, vectorial design, image retouching, preparing layout for offset print and other print technologies, optimize layout for web.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good problem solving and creative thinking.
• Attention to details.
• Interest to be up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Adaptability to embrace new challenges.
• Experience in communication strategies.
• Experience in E-commerce communication/marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge in SEO best practices is a plus.
• Experience in working with the technological segment is a plus.
• Nice to have: Adobe After Effects, Figma, Experience working in Agile Teams
