Responsibilities:

# Attend customer inquiries and liaise with co-loader and shipping line

# Handle import and export shipping documentation

# Handle incoming call & email

# Understand shipping term

Qualification:

# O' Level or Equivalent with administrative skills

# Min 2 years working experience in shipment arrangement
