Provide Admin Support:
- Issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and other paperwork
- Basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls
- Submission of worker name list/licences to relevant parties
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Provide Basic Accounts Support :
- Handle Accounts Receivable, Account Payables, Payment Vouchers and Statement of Accounts
- Ensure all invoices and purchases are captured correctly in the computer system
- Monitor customers payments and report to management for discrepancies or delayed payment
- Prepare monthly payment to suppliers
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Calculation of workers OT
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Admin experience
- Independent, flexible and a team player
- Possess good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to details
- Added advantage for those with experience in foreign workers related matters
- Proficient with computers and MS Office
- 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day)
- Able to correspond with mandarin speaking associates and employees
