Provide Admin Support:
  • Issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and other paperwork
  • Basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls
  • Submission of worker name list/licences to relevant parties
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Provide Basic Accounts Support :
  • Handle Accounts Receivable, Account Payables, Payment Vouchers and Statement of Accounts
  • Ensure all invoices and purchases are captured correctly in the computer system
  • Monitor customers payments and report to management for discrepancies or delayed payment
  • Prepare monthly payment to suppliers
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Calculation of workers OT

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of Admin experience
  • Independent, flexible and a team player
  • Possess good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to details
  • Added advantage for those with experience in foreign workers related matters
  • Proficient with computers and MS Office
  • 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day)
  • Able to correspond with mandarin speaking associates and employees
