Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of a range of processes, including onboarding/off-boarding administration, employees document management, contract management and payroll admin support;


• Collecting information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;


• Working with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s Degree in HR, Management, Economics or similar;


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;


• Very good knowledge of English;


• Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel;


• Being proactive, collaborative, and strong communicator;


• Efficient & self-motivated while working in virtual environment;


• Result driven, work independently, but also effective team player.
