Tasks:

• Answering calls;
• Handling e-mails/tickets/chats of doubts/questions/complaints.

Who you are:

• Fluency in French (mandatory);
• B1 level of English;
• Empathy and good communication skills;
• Good computer skills from the user’s perspective;
