Transition/Project Support - KBS

Role Description
Reporting to the Transition Lead, the Transition Support will support a key workstream on Kantar?s Finance, HR, and Procurement Transformation Programme, touching different geographies across Kantar. The aim of this work stream is to manage the smooth transition of Kantar?s Finance, HR, and Procurement functions to a new operating model in target markets.
This role will be key in all transition implementation process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support Transition Managers & Coordinators in project management tasks and /or follow-up
- Ad hoc Transition support - short-term and long-term
- Participation in selected project meetings
- Host minor meetings with the stakeholders
- Requesting, monitoring, and tracking IT access provisioning
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparation transition reporting
- Support in creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Report issues and risks to Transition Managers
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master´s degree Accounting/ Finance or other relevant area
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shared service organization
- Confident handling MS Office
- Problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure
- Attention to details
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Fluency English (mandatory) and other language skills will be a plus
- Project management experience and project methodology knowledge valued
