We are looking for Customer Care Advisors who want to grow their knowledge of online advertising and work for an innovative tech company in Lisbon.



About the Company:



Google is an American multinational technology company that specialises in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware.



The Profile:



-You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

-You have good communication and interpersonal skills.

-You are able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm.



Your responsibilities:



- Give phone, email, and live chat support solutions to small and medium businesses clients.

- Keep meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and offer advice on their online advertising strategy.

- Understand the business goals of your clients and match the required online advertisement solutions.

- Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients.

- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
