IT Process & Design Lead


Job Context:

Role and responsibilities:


  • Build robust and optimized Global standard processes (highlighting any approved regional discrepancies)

  • Ensure consistent delivery and project reporting across regions. Communication with IT Vendors to ensure standard deliveries

  • Implement and manage documentation for project-related reports

  • Global reporting per type of project with dashboard on status/completion

  • Continuous engagement with business units to support on requests/deliveries and help drive and implement change (ie. Product, Centre Tech, IT Support, Ops, Franchisees, etc)

  • Distribute IWG IT Bill of Materials across all vendors and IWG teams

  • Search and investigate for vulnerable spots in processes and delivery of services

  • Analyse and present improvements of any kind (technology, costs, reliability, revenue, etc)




Responsibilities include:


  • Focus on location growth pipeline to ensure risks can be raised on a timely manner

  • Build scalability to be able to deploy IWG standards across all regions

  • Manage NCO cost related information and initiate activities to reduce/control expenses where needed

  • Build IT Core team (Windows/Networks/ Voice/IOT) to provide regular visibility on NCO pipeline and to review centrally any special needs or non-standard deliveries

  • Ensure that IT Vendors responsible for delivering NCOs have access to up-to-date IT Design Guidelines and processes through the IT Vendor Portal

  • Coordinate training on new equipment for IT Vendors on as needed basis liaising with networks and product teams

  • Manage admin support team dedicated to Centre Closures, Location Growth and Calero deliverables

  • Manage & develop QuickBase support to administer centre IT project delivery




Skills and Training:



  • Strong educational background: BSc required (Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related), MSc or above preferred

  • PMI, Prince 2 or similar Project Management certifications are highly desirable

  • Service Now and Microsoft Power Platform automation experience desired

  • Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal, are a must

  • Substantial and demonstrable programme management experience

  • Highly organised and analytical mind-set with a clear and consistent programme delivery method

  • Experience and ability to view, design, improve and document end-to-end processes and the conviction to drive through change

  • Experience of working in fast-paced and flexible environments, able to meet targets and deadlines and to adapt to changing goals with a can-do attitude

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time

  • Ability to take decisions and work effectively in pressurized conditions

  • Ability to work collaboratively. Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally

  • Results oriented: willingness to be judged by your results and not by your plans, have ?sense of urgency? and pragmatism

  • Flexible working hours essential, working across global time zones and to deadlines



Key Areas of Experience:


  • +5 years IT Experience

  • Project/Programme Management Roles

  • Experience working within Technology delivery (preferred)

  • Experience in setting-up new sites with required technology specifications

  • Leader of teams to deliver world class outputs

  • Global remit and delivery in a distributed environment
