About the job role:
The Admin and Finance Assistant manages the company/subsidiary's general accounting. He/she participates in the implementation of accounting expertise missions: he/she carries out typing and/or reviews tasks within the deadline, standards, and accounting process compliances. He/she contributes to the company's bookkeeping, to guarantee balance and conformity with legislation and applicable regulations.
As an Admin and Finance Assistant, you will:
- Collect all accounting documents (invoices, expense reports, bank notices)
- Process financial documents (invoices/expenses/bank excerpts/bank statements)
- Consolidate, highlight and verify all documents
- Make bank seizures
- Prepare extra-accounting reports
- Follow up, collect, account for, and analyze local expense reports
- Prepare tax and social returns
- Prepare VAT refund files
- Prepare currency exchange files
- Perform diverse financial works
- Prepare checks and all accounting documents filling
- Update accounting files items (annual and permanent)
- Maintain monthly accounting dashboard
- Carry out monthly reporting
- Ensure accounting follow-up: verify invoices and payments, monthly banking operations, and transfer orders
- Process billing
- Transmit practical information on administrative financial and/or accounting procedures on legislation evolution and its consequences
- Follow the evolution of regulations, guidelines, and financial and/or accounting procedures
- File and archive financial and/or accounting operations justifications
We are looking for:
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Degree in Business Management or similar
- Minimum 1 year? of experience in a similar function
- Strong excel skills
- Strong knowledge of legislation
- Good interpersonal/communication skills ? verbal and written
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Critical Thinking, Autonomy, and Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
