Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Store Manager (M/F) for a reference fashion premium brand.

This person will be responsible for the local store performance and ensure it is reflecting the vision and goals associated with Brand in Portugal. Achieve the set sales targets, promote excellent customer service and being a great team leader.

Key tasks & Responsabilities

? Main responsible for the store performance and achieve the set retail and sales targets.


? Identify objectives and set priorities to meet short- and long-term goals and delegating responsibilities to the store team.


? Oversee physical store operations including maintenance to ensure the environment meets health & safety and Company standards.


? Responsible for reporting to Area Manager/ Retail Manager the sales and retail KPI?s in time (weekly/ monthly basis).


? Recruit, onboard, train and develop the team ensuring individuals have a clear understanding of the goals and objectives.


? Motivate the team: act as a role model to never stop learning and inspire the team to develop.


? Responsible for creating a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and targets.


? Ensure the visual presentation and merchandising of the Store is consistent with Global guidelines.


? Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all admin load that is related to the store and the team.




Requirements


? University degree.


? Experience of working within retail as Store Manager, preferable within a fashion premium brand


? P&L knowledge


? Experience of coaching and developing teams


? Strong communication skills, fluent in Portuguese and English.


? Analytical, result oriented and attentiveness to customer needs.


? Driven by sales and performance with a competitive spirit


? Great leadership skills and interested in developing teams.
