Your new role

This IT Recruiter will guarantee the full recruitment cycle from CV search, screening and interviewing candidates, up to contract preparation and on-boarding finalization. Will need to be active in candidate sourcing and management throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with Hiring Managers. It will be required to conduct necessary external research (databases, social networks, etc.) to source and identify prospective candidates and to develop the company target list, as well as, managing vendors (agencies, search firms etc.) to drive the recruitment process toward successful conclusion. Cooperate on execution of TA Strategy activities (e.g. University relationships, Job fairs, Open days, Competitions, etc.) to strengthen employer branding and HR marketing.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition working with IT profiles. Solid problem-solving/logic reasoning and strong analytical skills, critical stance, pro activity and attention to detail will be valued. It will necessary to have organisational and planning capabilities, having the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing circumstances. It is mandatory to be fluent (spoken and written) English and Portuguese.
