Human Resources Intern
The Amgen Capability Center in Lisbon, Portugal (ACCP) will be home to over 300 multi-national and multi-cultural employees, representing a broad range of cross functional capabilities, including Commercial, General and Administrative, Research and Development and more.
Our ACCP offices are located in the vibrant city center of Lisbon.

Let?s do this. Let?s change the world. During this program you will contribute to successfully deliver high-quality human resources services and activities to help our organization to attract, develop and retain the best talent
- Support and partner with the local HR team to ensure the best employee journey through better communication, improved HR admin processes, policy definition,?
- Identify improvement opportunities for the different HR processes and projects and implement solutions including new hire guide, intranet update, on-boarding process automation, new trainings?
- Work on local HR metrics and projects

- University Degree in Management, Business or Human Resources.
- Advanced English. Fluency in other languages is highly preferred
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn. Able to apply research, collect, and interpret information
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
