· Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
· Perform day to day financial transactions, including accounts receivables, accounts payables and petty cash duties
· Posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and other record
· Ensure receipts are properly recorded and to reconcileto ensure completeness and accuracy
· Record suppliers? invoices and prepare payments
· Performing month end closing and prepare monthly financial statements including quarterly and annual accounts
· Preparing GST reports for quarterly submission
· Knowledge in government grant application & bank facilities application.
· Assist in any liaising with corporate secretary, ad-hoc reports, small claim and duties
Requirements:
· Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 1 years of admin experience
· Knowledge and experience of accounting applications
· Good in planning, organizing and strategic thinking
· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Advanced Level)
· Positive, good working attitude, willing to contribute and able to work independently.
