GRUPO CONSTANT, a company specialized in Human Resources, through its HR & Training business area, is recruiting a Junior Digital Manager (M/F) for a prestigious Multinational in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry, for Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure e-commerce operational excellence;
- Collaborate with global digital, consumer marketing and research to deliver an exceptional digital experience for the users in the market;
- Monitor KPI?s;
- Provide analysis and reports on metrics such as monthly sales, offers performance, orders fulfillment etc;
- Co-create annual Business Plan from Channel perspective for E-commerce, aligning with respective stakeholders internally;
- Follow and execute global digital Loyalty schemes related to e-commerce;
- Co-create Affiliate marketplaces presence & strategy;
- Actively search for best practices and innovative ideas while being an active member of the Consumer Marketing Team.

Profile:

- Academic Background in the field of Digital, Marketing, Business, or similar (mandatory);
- Three or five years of Consumer Marketing experience - preferably at e-Commerce and/or digital marketing;
- Resilient with hands-on approach;
- High sense of responsibility, strong organizational and project management skills partnered with analytical mindset;
- Real passion for e-commerce and digital marketing;
- Strong communicational and building relationship skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
-Inquisitiveness and ability to build on business development;
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
