JOB DESCRIPTION
As Information Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of internal IS of the group.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
IS Architecture:
- Backoffice administration of the company’s applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, among others);
- Design, setup and maintenance of software solutions;
- Guarantee the supervision of current solutions and continuous improvement suggestions.
IS Administration:
- Manage requests, level 2/3 incidents, problems and changes;
- Perform and update technical and functional documentation.
Business:
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the overall functioning of the IS, training and support to the teams (IT and business lines);
- Ensure proper use of information systems by the business, define best practices and ensure compliance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Level 4/5 in Computer Science, Electronic or similar. Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar will be a plus;
- At least 3-year-experience in a company with more than 500 employees;
- ITIL V3 Certification;
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI solutions;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Previous experience namely with SAGE, CEGID, Odoo;
- Good communication skills, autonomy and ability to synthesize;
- Fluency in French and advanced level in English.
