Multinational company opening an industrial site in the south region of Porto is seeking to hire a HR Manager.

You will work closely with other Managers to implement and promote HR policies and procedures, being responsible for recruitment & selection, onboarding & offboarding, careers, development and retention policies. You will also be responsible for ensuring HR admin processes are efficient and also for implementing satisfaction & motivation activities in order to promote company culture and happiness.

We are searching for professionals with a degree in HR Management, Psychology or related area and a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role on an industrial and multinational environment. You must have good knowledge of labour law and be fluent in English.
