Velocix are looking to hire a Product Manager to define market needs, configure and size requirements, maintain supplier relationships, and guide the go-to-market strategy for Velocix?s platforms.

You will own the pricing catalog and suite of supported platforms, working with other Product Managers to ensure we have a healthy business and solution set. This is a central role in the company, bridging the gap between suppliers, other Product Managers, customers, and Velocix?s product development team.

You will translate complex market requirements into a well-defined strategy, with a list of actionable tasks and relative priorities and, you will coordinate a cross-functional team of people to ensure your plan is successfully executed.

• A solid mix of technical, project management, and communication skills

• Comfortable working with complex technical products and interacting with technical staff.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Superior teamwork and relationship building skills; comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization.


• Versatile and adaptable.


• Self-Starter ? Able to set their own daily work tasks and deliver results without daily supervision.


• Attention to detail.

Experience

• +3 years in a hardware or cloud infrastructure or related field, with the following experience:


• Experience selecting platforms that satisfy product requirements.


• Project management of multi-faceted projects.


• Worked directly with cross disciplinary teams, including technical and R&D teams, on complex challenges.


• Worked cooperatively with sales, marketing, and technology teams.


• Prime ownership of projects that have been key to business success.
