Financial Controller (all genders) for MILESTONE with pleasure in operational controlling

For the expansion of our professional student operations team, our companie Milestone Management Services PT, Unipessoal, LDA is looking for an unbeatable personality with a flair for empathy and a friendly disposition at our office in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal at the earliest date possible for the following position: Financial Controller (all genders) for MILESTONE with pleasure in operational controlling
Your roles and responsibilities
You are part of our dynamic finance team and responsible for operational controlling for our MILESTONE houses in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal:
- Preparation of monthly performance reports for our houses
- Management of bank accounts, monitoring and coordination of current payment transactions and the invoice approval process
- Annual Coordination and preparation of individual budgets with the managers
- You will actively accompany the European expansion pro-jects of MILES-TONE and act as a controlling expert from the outset
- In addition to the usual controlling agendas, you will support and coordinate the introduction and implementation of new IT systems/platforms that directly serve the MILESTONE core business and work closely with our colleagues in the busi-ness units
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the area of controlling in international corporations or shared service centers (financial, investment, project controlling and reporting)
- Degree in business studies with a focus on fi-nance/controlling/accounting or completed Financial Con-troller training.
- Analytical and networked thinking skills combined with a strong affinity for IT and numbers
- Very good knowledge of English and excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
- You enjoy working directly with your colleagues from Market-ing & Sales, IT and Operations - because controlling is also communication!
