About the job

• The team is looking for a Project Management Trainee to help all its clients (individuals, community associations, entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporate and institutional clients) to realise their projects through solutions spanning financing, investment, savings and protection insurance

Your Main Activities Are

• Develop and coordinate multiple events (physical or digital) identifying improvement opportunities and managing unforeseen incidents


• Establish and maintain an ongoing relation with all the stakeholders involved in the events


• Collect, manage and analyse sets of data in order to identify improvement opportunities and define implementation plans


• Guarantee the full alignment of the events with the company?s institutional relation?s strategy and specific event?s goals


• Inspire and motivate different communities, linked with different projects, namely trough social networks, within University students? environment


• Build and manage these communities? social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant


• Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our recruitment brand and Group?s projects


• Run regular social events, campaigns and track their success


• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach the target population


• Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report with a strong analytical sight

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, Communication or related area


• Fluency in English and French, both written and oral (mandatory)


• Profiency in Microsoft Tools, such as Excel and Powerpoint


• Profiency in Event management tools, for example EventBrite


• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus


• Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions


• Proactive and goal oriented mind-set


• Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices


• Able to work transversally and with several teams


• Be attentive to detail, with a result driven attitude

• The team has key positions in its three main activities: Domestic Markets and International Financial Services (whose retail-banking networks and financial services are covered by Retail Banking & Services) and Corporate & Institutional Banking, which serves two client franchises: corporate clients and institutional investors
