OUR COMPANY POSITION
TMG is a leading travel & hospitality business within Asia offering 4 different pillars within travel; DMC, Hotels and cruises ? we own 11 hotels and 7 river and sea boats with plans to expand our assets as we move into these new markets; Airlines, we own 3 seaplanes that operate in our homeland Vietnam and are about to embark on an excit- ing new airline project within Asia; Online ? As one of Vietnam?s most successful Online travel Agents, we are in- dustry leaders in technology, developed inhouse.
Vivu Journeys is a new brand of TMG which entering the DMC space, operating in Europe and Asia, starting with the
UK, Portugal, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Spain with bigger plans to expand globally.
Typically, a DMC works as a middleman buying product from hotels, transport and touring companies to sell onto
Tour Operators or Travel Agents at a profit. For ViVu Journeys, in addition to connecting our partners with key sup- pliers, we will also be creating and operating our own product and tapping into the other hospitality arms of our
Parent company, TMG.
POSITION PURPOSE
The role is to provide sales growth, especially in FIT Tailormade & GIT Business account to French & English-Speaking market and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
This role also provides support to Business Development Manager in winning new business and prepare the tariff when required
MAJOR TASKS

Sales ? Respond to new business opportunities and en- Revenue quiries in an accurate, appropriate, and timely Conversion rate manner
? Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic in- formation, internal notes and supplier notes up- dated on the system
? Look after the new Agent travel request to secure the new business
? In conjunction with Operation to check French and
English speaking guide language
? Work with Contracting and Operations team to get the best deal from the suppliers for the series trip and Group departure
Customer Service ? Provide timely and accurate information and excel- NPS lent support to external customers (agents, suppli- ers, and clients) as well as internal customers
? Resolve customer service issues to customer?s sat- isfaction with appropriate corrective and preven- tive measures
? Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfac- tion
Marketing ? Support Marketing and Product teams to translate Meeting deadlines new tours/articles and
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Essential Criteria Desirable Criteria
Experience:
? University Graduates or 1-2 year working
? Experience as French and English- as French & English-Speaking speaking sales in other DMCs is pre-
? Experience in Sales & Reservations for in- ferred bounds market and speaking English &

Qualifications:
? Minimum Bachelor Degree
Skill:
? Fluent in national local language, French &
English
? Proficient with Microsoft Office applica- tions
? Excellent understanding of data admin- istration and management functions (col- lection, analysis, distribution etc.)
? Strong communication skills for internal & external purposes
? Goof sales skill
? Good communication and writing skills
? High standards of customer service
? Able to problem solve and make decisions consulting others as required
? Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
Knowledge:
