POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR team with the procedures (onboarding, exit, recruitment, attendance control and other HR processes as needed). Position will report to the HR Manager Portugal.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Supporting administrative tasks & procedures such as:
- Onboarding
o Maintain and control the information concerning contracts and documentation
- Exit Processes
o Update Social Security
o Cancel cards (employee, meal, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners recruitment activities as needed:
o Scheduling interviews
o Booking rooms
o Other
- Other tasks
o Contact with temporary agency (timesheets)
o Support to contracts management (renewals, terminations)
Procedures related to human capital software systems (Self Service):
- Provide support for attendance classification activities (payroll)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Organization skills
- Proactiveness
- Attention to detail
- Extensive proficiency and interest in IT tools
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Human Capital software
