Korn Ferry has partnered with Amgen to effectively deliver on their EMEA recruitment needs. We have a fantastic new opportunity for a EMEA Senior Recruiter to join our talented RPO Team based in North and South Europe in countries such as UK, Ireland, Netherlands and France to support talent acquisition delivery. Reporting into EMEA Account Director you will manage end to end recruitment process across multiple countries and drive best in class Client and Candidate Experience. As a part of the global team, you will participate and support continuous improvement initiatives as well as recruitment marketing initiatives.
The Senior Recruiter will display excellence in recruitment process delivery, including research, sourcing, candidate outreach, phone screening, presenting candidates to clients and manage candidates till the offer stage and signature. The position is responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline for each engagement and delivering accepted Long Lists to an agreed timeframe in partnership with the Project Manager. The ideal person is someone who can operate independently yet function well in teams; who can balance drive and initiative with good judgment; who can communicate effectively with candidates and internal and as well external stakeholders; and manage multiple priorities and deliver results and operate with ethics and integrity.
Working in the role you will be required to:
Work closely with team members to generate a go to market sourcing strategy, gather competitive intelligence, develop targeted sourcing environments, conduct research and create talent maps
Stay current on market and/or functional trends and key developments
Keep abreast of sourcing best practices (systems, tools, and processes) utilizing the internal tools and technologies.
Follow recruitment process and procedures (internal & external)
Utilize required systems to track candidates, workflow, sourcing data, and screening information
Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company?s internal databases and client talent acquisition systems
Leverage relevant social media and communications channels
Key Accountabilities
Conduct initial candidate development, including outreach to candidates and phone screening
Able to determine candidate fit as outlined in the detailed position specification
Able and willing to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on opportunity and client value proposition
Able to conduct and document screening process, including resume pre-screening, telephone interview and shortlisting, design questions and scripts for screening purposes
Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition to candidates
Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals for additional candidates
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position you will have:
senior-level experience within talent acquisition and first client management
proven track record in candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience
Developing candidate outreach and phone screening
Creation of search strategy
Self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong time management skills
Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task
Quality focused and able to drive continuous improvement
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
